I don’t know how it is with you, but for me the second half of the year with its autumn and Christmas collections is a complete ruin 😂 . However, I’m already used to the fact that spring and summer issues, as a rule, do not touch me so much, and the wallet keeps the main blow in the fall.
Today, your attention is part of the current Chanel Christmas collection - moisturizing ultra-gloss lip gloss in the shade of 812 Flaming lips and 917 Opulence nail polish.
Initially, according to preliminary swatch, my favorites were bronze and green shadows, odnushki. However, I think that I will not surprise anyone by saying that I left the store with completely different products. Which of us has not happened. So...
Chanel Rouge Coco Gloss Gel Brilliant Hydratant 812 Flaming Lips
The design of the bottle is standard for the Chanel shine line: concise, strict, recognizable. The only thing that shines out immediately, even before the cap is opened, is its festive, stunningly attractive color. The color features are visible even in the bottle: a rich red base and the smallest, barely distinguishable warm golden shimmer. It is difficult to imagine a shade more suitable for the meeting of Christmas and New Year. I would say that the color is on.
I note that personally I rarely can find lip gloss suitable for my appearance. As a rule, manufacturers knead it on a cold base. If the base is neutral, add a silver (i.e. cold) shimmer. In the case of Flaming lips, the base red is neutral and the shimmer is warm. That is what made me take the sparkle into my ranks.
The brush is good in both size and elasticity. I thought that because of the bright color, the gloss will have to be applied with a lipstick brush, however, my native sponge did fine without any subsequent correction.
The shine has a very subtle honey-floral scent. You feel it only by bringing your nose closer to the bottle stop. When applied and the sock smell is elusive.
The shine has a rather thick, dense texture. Overlapping lip pigment from the first smear. I would venture to say that in terms of ductility, gloss is closer to liquid lipstick than to the classic light texture of gloss. Gloss is really crazy.
Shine without excessive stickiness, well smoothed at the time of application. It does not run away from the contour, again due to its slightly thicker texture than standard glosses.
The duration of the SOCKS is also closer to the fondant figures - at least 3 hours. Printed on circles. Virtually no fade.
The word layering is not applicable to him; he, in principle, does not need it. It is better to either completely renew it or apply the sponge to the places on the lips where it is necessary (for example, the mucous membrane at the junction of the lips).
Gloss is perfectly removed the first time without a trace, does not stain the skin, does not go beyond the contour of the lips at the time of removal.
After removal, the lips are normally moistened, they do not feel any discomfort from socks of such a difficult shade.
I am very pleased with the brilliance, ready to recommend it to everyone tuned for the New Year holidays.
The amount of product in the bottle is 5.5 g.
saturated bright color and gloss comfortable sponge good technical characteristics (does not stick, does not flow, does not go beyond the circuit) good wear socks for this type of product

Chanel Le Vernis nail color 917 Opulence nail polish
From the point of view of design - everything is standard. An updated bottle with the name of the shade on the “back”, volume - 13 ml, a removable upper cap, a thin brush and in my case perfectly flat 💘 (we all know that Chanel with a brush may not be lucky).
Color ... bought it because of him. No, I'm not a fan of duochromes at all, but in recent years, the passion for creamy textures and classic shades, apparently, is completely satisfied. Now only something unusual for the brand (such as matte varnish from the fall collection of this year) can prompt me to buy me.
The hue of Opulence is pretty hard to describe accurately. In the batch - and bronze, and pink, and a little green, and yellowish-gold notes. As my manicurist said: like a fly, but not green.
I saw swatch of this shade in one of the first posts dedicated to this year's Christmas collection on Beautician. Many then turned away from this varnish, noting its fading and unattractiveness. I want to immediately explain: what you saw is a one-layer option in electric lighting. I am sure that I am not mistaken, because it was such an intermediate result that I saw in the process of painting.
In general, varnish is not easy in the sense that it looks very different on the street in daylight and indoors under a lamp.
Varnish is very unusual and beautiful in daylight, I would even say that it works best in cloudy weather. It is in such conditions that overflows are revealed, its duochrome essence, green-pink notes in bronze are captured.
With electric lighting at home, it becomes flat, dull orange-brown. It starts to seem like he's streaking. Deficiencies come to the fore, completely overlapping the available advantages.
Technical specifications are not bad. I already mentioned that I was lucky this time with a brush - it is thin, smooth, ideal in resilience. Lacquer of the correct consistency, easy to apply.
It is worn better than cream Chanel. In my case, it lasted 4 days. The tips begin to be overwritten first. It is easily removed, the pigment does not stain the skin and cuticle, and does not yellow the nail plate.
The varnish aroused my mixed feelings. Of course, it is non-standard for the brand, it attracts attention in the light, but I can not call it amazing. First of all, because of the loss of attractiveness in electric lighting.
good brush easy to apply and even on the nail plate looks unusual in daylight non-standard for luxury brands practically does not strip
dramatically loses attractiveness in electric lighting
